“I Can Practice Breathing” is designed to teach young students mindful breathing techniques that they can use to self-regulate. The student workbook comes with a set of student strategy cards that students can color. Each card shows the breathing technique and has a short description so that students can reference the cards any time they need to use a breathing technique. The Teacher’s Guide includes two short lessons to teach students about mindful breathing and why it is an important tool for self-regulation. The guide also includes instructions for teaching students 10 breathing techniques.
